Amazingly friendly staff, did their best to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Room was a lot bigger than I had imagined. Sauna is small but works wonderful. Location at the lake and with a lovely view. The food at dinner and breakfast was good, especially for the price. Definitely coming back.

The whole resort, the private sauna in the bathroom, the location, the German restaurant with cosy atmosphere, the indoor pool, the vicinity of great hiking trails, everything!

Good location, excellent beds, all comfort that a family needs. The owner is a friendly and welcoming person. He upgraded us on his own initiative from a room for 3 to an appartment for 5 without extra charge. We had a good lunch and an excellent brekfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

The appartment was very clean with comfortable furniture. The staff was very helpful and friendly! I also loved the small restaurant located below the appartment. It was also very sound proof, because you don't hear the restaurant guests once you are inside the appartment

We loved the apartment. It’s in a great location, very modern, and had almost everything you could need. The thing that stood out most was how clean it was, truly pristine, with not a single smudge in the bathroom or elsewhere, which I greatly appreciated. Wonderful location and appartment, very uniquely situated in the main gate of a former castle. Since the appartment has been built relatively recently, it's much more comfortable than you would expect from a castle. Check-in/check-out was super easy and well communicated by the host.

It felt like a 100% new apartment, the bed was very very comfortable and the shower HUGUE :)

There was so much to like and enjoy about this property. The location with the panoramic views from the living room, balcony, and master bedroom. The villa apartment was very clean, spacious, and it really felt like home from home. The owner was very helpful and spoke to us on arrival, and departure in English. Heimbach centre is only 5 minutes drive from the accommodation, and you will find a number of restaurants, shops, and plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again!

The location, the quality and the friendliness of the landlord 🤗 we were able to check in a couple of hours earlier. So we are very grateful for that.

Good value for money, quiet , spacey appartment, well fitted out for a short stay. Comfortable bed, everything almost brand new and very clean. Friendly and serviceable landlords who immediate react to requests. Fabulous region for nature hiking.

Not only the house is equipped with everything you might need and more, but it really feels as a home. We found there fresh flowers, candles... It is super friendly for families with kids of all ages. The host is a very nice and helpful person.

Everything corresponds to the description. Comfortable warm apartment. Nice and flexible hosts. Although it is stated that the apartment is for 2 people + possibility for the baby, we fit perfectly with our 4-year-old son, he slept comfortably on the couch in the living room.

Our hosts were very friendly, we were there during Easter and there was such great hospitality, even from the neighbors! An awesome place to stay, very well located in Heimbach, close to all the nice trails in this small cozy town.

This was a lovely hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was really big which helped in the heat wave we were experiencing. We had 2 evening meals which were delicious. There was a very good choice for breakfast. There was not much in the town but were were motorcycling around the Eifel Mountains but still managed a walk down to the local lake.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room with a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was great and we sat outside to eat. There was a nice, homely feel. 😊 The great location meant it was only a 15 min drive to Rurberg for a hike and a 20 min drive to the pretty town of Monschau.

We were very warmly welcomed and our room was super cozy! The breakfast was great and the location couldn't be better, right next to the center and close to the castle. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The room was modern and clean, hotel location was good, the staff were nice, especially the girl named Mariam! She gave lots of info about the area and about activities that I could do and in general was super friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay again
