Excellent and huge selection at breakfast, everything is fresh and delicious. The restaurant has an excellent chef and the food is very delicious. The pizza and pasta day is a good idea, the pizza is very good as if we were eating it in Italy.Very helpful, kind and always smiling staff, the waiters are excellent and quick to serve. Very good location, very easy to find, ground floor with garden, quiet, clean and well equipped. A bit small if you travel with four people but very good for couple with one child. Good parking place. Possible to use Wasch Maschine in basement for extra fee. Owner was very friendly, fast in responding and very helpful.

Our stay was magical. We had 2 rooms next to one another with an open patio deck area and a perfect and spectacular view of the Neuschwanstein Castle. We always had a free parking spot. The location is perfect! The included breakfast was wonderful and we loved everything about our stay!

The hotel was ideally situated for visiting both castles in one day and a walk around the lake. All in easy reach on foot. The hotel was spotless. We had a spacious room with a balcony which gave us a spectacular view of the mountain and the castle. Good choice of breakfast and we were greeted with a complimentary drink and cake on arrival at the hotel. Brilliant secure underground parking was available on site.

Terrific hotel out of the hustle bustle of the main 'centre' but no more than a 5 minute walk. That makes this a peaceful location. The room was excellent - we had a separate bedroom from a living area with a terric view of the main event right above us. Breakfast was excellent and although there is no restaurant there was always someone at the bar for a beer or glass of wine. There's even underground parking.

Stunning hotel in a stunning location, we had the most incredible view from our room which we were not expecting but were blown away by! Within walking distance of many local restaurants, breakfast at the hotel was fantastic! We walked up to Neuschwanstein Castle and this took about 30 minutes, and free parking was a bonus as well. Would definitely look to return!

Ideal location - easy access to both main castles. Free parking for hotel guests. The room was a normal size and I can't expect more. Varied breakfast.

This place is a hidden gem! It is very peaceful and quiet, especially in the evenings and mornings when there are not many tourists around. Breakfast with the Neuschwastein Castle view, free parking lot for hotel guest, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can get to the castle early in the morning to avoid the crowds which arrives around 9.00 am. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
