This is a hotel where you feel like home, rooms are clean and spacious, parking available, very friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was good with very friendly and attend staff as well, same applies for breakfast. I can recommend this hotel for all kinds of traveler types.

I chose the location as it’s easy to get to various places of interest for me. It’s in a busy but trendy area with a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops around the corner with everything you might need. The metro is only a short walk around the corner, with a market style shopping centre. All in all, loved August and great location.

Staff very friendly, and allowed us to leave our luggage. Location fantastic for going out Reeperbahn and St. Pauli. Loved being so close to everything. Room quirky, bed super comfy. Breakfast lovely in local bakery. Room very clean.

This place is really good, warm and welcoming. We arrived late, and they gave us a wrong room. The reception had gone home for the day. That was taken care of the next day. No problem. It really seems like, this isn't something that happens much. We talked to the receptionist, who was really nice and understanding. And of course we got our money in difference payed back to us, plus a little bit more AND parking for three days, for the inconvenience. You're really treated well as a guest. On our day of departure, the battery in our car had turned flat, and the car wouldn't start. We asked the receptionist, who at first said that, if we needed help with the car, we should just say so (I told her about the car problems, when I first went in for check out) Luckily, the parking garage (tiefgarage) is just on the other side of the street. After 20 minutes of pushing, we went to the receptionist again, who had kindly moved the check-out, to when we got the car up and running, asking if she could help us with a couple of helping hands to push-start our car (she even offered contacting a taxi with starter-cables if that push-start didn't work) At that point, the most important thing for them really, was to help us in any way they could. Next thing we knew, two lovely hotel workers had helped us push our car to a start, and me and my wife was on our way home north. They were all happy to help, and really really nice people. We will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the St. Pauli area of Hamburg. Safe and sound and with lovely people.

Fantastic hotel, in a great location. The rooms are tiny, but extremely clean and comfortable. The locations is very central and easy to get around. There is also underground parking. Staff were lovely and the breakfast, amazing! Can’t recommend it enough for short stay, we will be back.

Super spacious rooms, and with everything you need to spend a day or more at the property, super clean all around and the host was very good sharing all the details beforehand. Checkin and checkout were super easy. There's parking which is a win as finding parking in Hamburg is a nightmare.

This hotel is a gem! The staff is very welcoming, the breakfast offers just what you need, it is clean and the AC works perfectly 👍🏻 There is a bus stop 2 mins away that easily takes you to other parts of the city if you don’t want to walk. They offer a daily free drink per person if you don’t ask for cleaning. Such a nice vibe in these quarters! We recommend to eat at Mr Kebab.
