There was clean in the room except internals of the couch. Everyone of the personnel I talked to was of help. The hotel has sensible arriving hours. It was possible to park the car almost under the window. Overall, so far the best German hotel I stayed in.

The location is excellent! On lazy days, just walk around the block and you are in the embrace of Ulma's central streets. Shopping, restaurants, historical sites, markets on certain days, and musical events. Perfect location if you plan to visit car museums and showrooms (BMW, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes, Motorworld, Speyer) in Munich, Stuttgart, and Ingolstadt. the staff and breakfast and the noise-proofing were all spectacular. I couldn't even hear the bells ringing and this is something in Ulm. Also they had shutters like anyone sensible must these days to deal with the heat and light. The ground floor restaurant and patio were great. Everyone was out there enjoying breakfast in the morning and beer in the evening.

Great location close to the motorway but also pretty and quiet. Good restaurant close by.

The room was comfortable, pleasant and clean. The toilets are separate though that wasn't a problem for a 1 night stay. Good communication from the owners. Fairly easy to find with parking out front. A good choice for me for a stopover on my way to Italy. Thank you.

Everything was really good, this was not the first time we stayed here. The room and bed are really comfortable and there's everything you need for a general stay. The breakfast was really delicious.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff is friendly, the room is comfortable and the entry where you find your own key is very convenient as we were quite late thanks to traffic.
