the staff and breakfast and the noise-proofing were all spectacular. I couldn't even hear the bells ringing and this is something in Ulm. Also they had shutters like anyone sensible must these days to deal with the heat and light. The ground floor restaurant and patio were great. Everyone was out there enjoying breakfast in the morning and beer in the evening.

Very clean room, presents for kids. We had very tasty and warm dinner, even though it was day off in restaurant. Highly recommended!

There was clean in the room except internals of the couch. Everyone of the personnel I talked to was of help. The hotel has sensible arriving hours. It was possible to park the car almost under the window. Overall, so far the best German hotel I stayed in.

Such a nice place to stay! It’s so clean, the location is perfect, the staff is very polite. We had an incredible breakfast and a compliment in our room - tea bags and coffee!

The apartment had everything we needed, and the Ulm cathedral was right outside our window! Staff were very accommodating, as we had car rental issues so we're not sure if we had to stay another night, although the situation was fluid, they advised a different room was available for that night if needed, and allowed us to leave our bags there, until we knew. This was very thoughtful in a stressful situation for us, and we really appreciated their understanding. By 3pm we knew we did not need to stay the night, so we grabbed our bags and headed off. We are very grateful for their understanding and empathy.

I was travelling with my dog and she was on a special diet so I had to travel with wet dog food. When I discovered there was not a refrigerator in the room I went downstairs to ask for ice and instead was provided a tiny little refrigerator just perfect for my needs!

Besides the location, which is in a strict city center, everything else was amazing as well. The staff was really nice and helpful, the rooms were big, cozy and clean.

The apartment is very well located, super clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed — we truly felt at home. Additionally, I forgot my medication in the refrigerator, and the host was very helpful and attentive in arranging a time for me to pick it up, which made a big difference. Without a doubt, the next time I return to Ulm, I will stay in the same apartment. Highly recommended!
