I thought that everything was magnificent. This was my first-time visiting Germany and I had so much fun. The food at your hotel was just stellar, fresh and very tasty as there were some dishes that I had never eaten before and I enjoyed them all. The hotel people were so nice and helpful with answering me and my colleagues questions and they provided guidance with calling a taxi service each day for our business meetings and provided great restaurant recommendations other than the hotel restaurant. Also, the room and the bed were very comfortable and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit the city of Ulm.

Nice large clean rooms. Great breakfast. Parking close by. Short walk to town center. Very nice lady from Palermo at reception, made us feel welcome.

Location was great, a 10 minute walk to the city centre! Staff was professional and the room had all amenities needed. Breakfast was varied enough and the underground parking is a plus.

the staff and breakfast and the noise-proofing were all spectacular. I couldn't even hear the bells ringing and this is something in Ulm. Also they had shutters like anyone sensible must these days to deal with the heat and light. The ground floor restaurant and patio were great. Everyone was out there enjoying breakfast in the morning and beer in the evening.

Comfortable and clean and good parking

Quality modern feel to everything. Great location and very well run establishment. Top marks all round.

Not the hotels fault but the access from the motorway was shut and we got a bit lost, even though we've been here before. The hotel is always welcoming, good size room, comfy bed and lovely shower, the food is excellent as is the service. Fuel station just along the road so very convenient before heading back to the motorway.

Dinner and breakfast exceeded my expectations

I only stayed for one night, but I loved it. The accommodation was great and the location was awesome with a lot of activity and things happening. The staff were so nice and welcoming too.

Clean, cozy and great location

I was travelling with my dog and she was on a special diet so I had to travel with wet dog food. When I discovered there was not a refrigerator in the room I went downstairs to ask for ice and instead was provided a tiny little refrigerator just perfect for my needs!

So…you were our second hotel. This hotel…OMG. You are located STRAIGHT in the center, the Center Cathedrale is just on the right. Loved loved loved! The most tasty restaurant is just a door opening from this hotel. We ate there and it was just PERFECT! Thank you Riku Hotel! You are in our top 2! They told us that the parking was neat and it was indeed so close- just 2 mins! Keep it going!

I really liked Hotel Stern Ulm. The room was clean, the service was warm, and the location made it easy to explore the city. Definitely a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Such a nice place to stay! It’s so clean, the location is perfect, the staff is very polite. We had an incredible breakfast and a compliment in our room - tea bags and coffee!
