L´atenció del personal és inmillorable, són molt atents i simpàtics. De 17h a 18h tenen Happy Hour de vi pel que et conviden a una copa de vi. L´habitació era ampla i el bany encara que una mica petit era perfecte. Está molt ben ubicat a prop del centre, s´hi pot anar caminant i es triga uns 10 minuts.

Aquest hotel ecològic està situat al centre de Copenhaguen, a la vora dels llacs de la ciutat, i serveix un bufet d'esmorzar d'estil nòrdic amb productes ecològics. També hi ha WiFi gratuïta.
