Location is almost in center of the city. Apartment was very clean and cozy. We slept there only one night and we did sleep very well. Neighbors didnt disturb with noise.

One of the best holiday houses I’ve been to near Tallinn. Place is excellent- comfortable, modern, spacious, perfectly maintained, clean, located in quiet residential area and completely equipped with all necessary household appliances, including coffee machine and separate faucet of filtrated drinking water + grill in the backyard. We ware group of 10 persons including adults and children. Regardless the short distance to the beach most time we stayed at house and enjoyed indoor swimming pool and sauna. Kids were excited about indoor pool. Magnolia house is perfect for family or friends holidays. Host is amazing - all extra questions appeared were solved immediately.
