I had a very warm welcome, the room was comfortable, had everything I needed, a great view of the countryside and was traditionally furnished. As with the majority of the hotels I stayed in the cafe/bar was used in the morning by the local workforce, grabbing a bite to eat and quick beer before the working days grind. The location is slap bang in the middle of the hills ideal for mountain biking, motorcycling and alike. I make it rule when visiting countries to avoid the usual tourist traps and try to live and eat as the locals do.

Everything looked like the photos, very beautiful, very clean, almost exquisite. Quiet and peaceful. Really cosy and comfortable. I like this kind of nice renovations in old houses were you feel the soul of the construction and then the good taste of the renovation.
