Fa més de vint anys, quan la Isabel tenia vint i pico d'anys, ella i els seus pares varen decidir deixar Dijon i tornar a Orellán, el seu poble d'origen al Bierzo. Allà varen muntar un hotelet familiar que encara regenta la Isabel amb molt de treball i carinyo. Orellán és un poblet a mitja muntanya molt a prop del principal mirador de Las Médulas. L'hotel té poques habitacions i un ambient agradable. Té un bar amb estufa de pellets i jocs de taula, i un menjador fantàstic amb bones vistes. Molt recomanable l'estofat de cabirol i el millor púding de castanyes que he menjat a la meva vida. La relació qualitat-preu de l'hotel és immillorable!
