Watching Griffon Vultures up close is a breathtaking experience, and José and Lilo’s passion for these magnificent birds makes it even more special. Unlike a traditional hide, the viewing is from a well-thought-out observation room, complete with sound, so you can hear the powerful rush of wings and the calls of the vultures as they interact. It’s a truly immersive experience that stays with you long after you leave. We also stayed overnight, which made the visit even more memorable. The accommodation was comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious—a perfect way to start the day surrounded by nature.
