It’s in a rural small farming town and it’s a small inn so you cannot expect the amenities of a big hotel. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I’m a solo traveler and felt safe. The view overlooked the mountains and there was a large screened window which kept the flies out of the room and allowed a wonderful breeze into the room. The sound of the trees swaying at night lulled me to sleep. It is right on the Camino trail. Breakfast was just right. Proprietor was great.

All we can say about this stay along our Camino walk, is exceptional and 11 out of 10. From the moment we walked through the door, the owners and all staff made us feel so welcome. It was like a property from Lord of The Rings, with the circular wooden effect buildings, to the table and building for the Pilgrim meal. The hosts went out of their way to assist with anything we needed and it was by far our favourite accommodation, energy and vibe. Thank you so much to you all. We loved our stay at Casa Páez. The location was perfect as it was so close to the Camino. It was clean, warm and comfortable. We sat outside on the sunny verandah which had a peaceful view. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. There was no wifi and to be honest, we were very happy be without it. Comfortable bed and good shower. A perfect peaceful night on the Camino. We would definitely stay again.

This was probably the best hotel we have been in our camino frances. A brand new, very modern hotel designed so every detail has been taken in consideration to make for a perfect stay in such a beautiful and peaceful setting. Wonderful room with a little balcony to hang our clothes to dry, great shower and comfy bed and the staff was so friendly! We had a hamburger that was so, so huge and delicious with locally sourced beef and home made gallego cheese, the salad was made with very fresh lettuce just cut from Modesta's garden. We were sad that we couldn't stay at least another day. Looking forward to come back!!!
