Nice house in the center of a small village Quintana del Puente. Really beautiful nature with the river Arlanzon, ideal for hiking.

Very well communicated with the outside world but easy to get lost in the Palencia plateau and Arlanza and Arlanzon rivers. The room was more than enough and the owners were very keen on my demands that were many. The views of the bridge were awesome

We’ve stayed here several times now, it’s such a great place in every way. The location for a stopover travelling to/from Santander is perfect, just a couple of hours from the ferry yet so tranquil and truly Spanish. It’s great value €50 to include breakfast, and the evening meal the night before was prepared with care and attention to our vegetarian diet. Delicious bottle of local wine plus 2 quality main courses, bread, all for €35 which we thought was excellent value. The hotel is situated in the middle of a rural community and this suits us perfectly. Thank you for another great stay and we’ll hopefully see you next year, Melanie and Jonathan

It was a charming little house, old but really updated. Perfect for two people. it was located in a very old village, but the people were very friendly even though we didn’t speak the language. Our hosts, Carlos and Ana, were very kind and accommodating, giving us a bottle of wine to greet us and some local honey as well. There is a large bedroom with a very large jacuzzi tub that is wonderful. It feels like we experienced real Spanish culture.
