The chalet is very spacey, it easily fitted our party of 10 people. We liked a private shower in each room, plenty of common space on each floor, outside view and internal design. The kitchen is very well equipped that made our staying very comfortable. On the ground floor there was a light damp smell during the whole week we stayed there despite keeping windows opened. Alain also was very strict regarding check in and check out time (as declared, we asked for extension, but got a reject) while the chalet was actually free in the extended hours.

Great hotel, close to Cauterets and the ski lift. Staff were lovely and the kids loved the pool.

Diane and David were very friendly and i felt like visiting old friends during our coffee upon arrival. The house was warm and very cozy kitchen. Breakfast was awesome with fresh fruit and homemade yogurt and jam. They even offered pastry for the road and filled my travel coffee mug with delicious freshly brewed coffee. The room was very spacious and bed was really comfortable. Its very close to the town of lourdes and other interesting spots but unfortunately i stayed one night only and i left early next day as i had a long drive ahead. The air was so clean and fresh. I woke up in the middle of the night and i got to enjoy from my bed a great night sky full of stars. The view was spectacular. In the morning clear sky and beautiful view of the snowcapped mountains like in the photos. Definitely a place to return. In my visit i was the only guest and it was very peaceful and quiet. All you could hear was birds.

The house is very comfortable, well decorated, totally furnished.and has a very warm chimney. While our stay there, there was bad weather. With good weather it has to be even better. It's an ideal house for family meetings, friends meetings, we will return to spent another stay.
