It is a lovely house that takes you back in time to gone by days and how people used to live then, the tools they used, the furniture etc It is a house with lot of history that you can feel and see., there are also personal collectibles from the owners full of nostalgia. We enjoyed our stay as a family, Jean Mark and his wife were wonderful hosts. There is a huge garden and backyard with play area, dining area, lot of trees..can spend days together reading a book in quietness. The house itself is very close to Strasbourg and Colmar. All facilities were immaculate, plenty of space, the kids loved outdoors and indoors..I definitely recommend for families and groups.

The young man behind the bar was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The spacious grassed gardens were a bonus for exercising our dog after a long days drive and the next morning before we set off. Breakfast was very good, no limit and offered both continental and hot breakfast items. We had a decent pizza as that is all that's on offer but the young barman said he could arrange any type of takeaway to be delivered for us
