The property is exceptional, very big room with all the facilities, one big TV and screen for the projector, everything works, and you can connect and watch Netflix, YouTube using casting. Hosts very helpful, and they even put a freezer for us to store ice-cream :)

The refuge de athena is a lovely place to stay, very comfortable and relaxed, with kitchen, playstation, netflix etc. Eric was a fantastic host and he and his partner made the group feel very welcome. He was incredibly informative and helped us find a local bike repair shop and also ordered us pizzas (our collective French being pretty weak). Would definitely stay again!

The property was immaculately clean and obviously a labour of love for the owners . We ate with the owners in the evening and we had great fun comparing views of Brexit , Macron , the housing market etc . Book in advance for an evening meal .

It was just lovely! Very peaceful farm with a great garden in the middle of the hills of Normandy. Loved the comfy room and every cute detail with a reference to the local town. The breakfast was delicious with homemade Normandy croissant! The owner was also very friendly and gave us plenty of tips about region, dinner restaurants around and advised us on when to get to the super crowded museum of Monet in Giverny without having to wait in the queue. I would love to come back there.

Gorgeous location and property. A beautifully restored Abbaye in an exceptional location. Our room was beautiful and well furnished. Very private, but with good quick access to local villages, restaurants and tourism. Exceptionally friendly owner. We can't wait to come back.
