A 13th century mill sitting over the Seine tributary which is peaceful with only birds chirping and swans swimming on the river. We went rowing on the river for an unforgettable scenic experience. Breakfast is delicious and do not miss the dinners. Better than any Michelin restaurant. All this was magically and warmly offered by the owner hostess Karin. It is located near a lovely small town, a zoo and a lake, with opportunities for walking trips along the Seine. In addition, the highway and public transport are also quickly accessible, making it a great base even for reaching Paris. Marie-Christine and Philippe are the greatest hosts we have ever met. Their attention extends to every small detail. I don't think there was anything we could have asked for, that they wouldn't have tried to supply, apart from giving us at least one of their cats or the doggy. We spent six wonderful days here that we will remember forever.
