Superb location in the Normandy countryside. Picturesque location. Every road, street and town is charming and magical. Many wonderful towns and attractions are a short and enjoyable drive away. The accommodation itself was beautiful, with classic French charm in a historical and romantic chateau. The gardens and chirping birds were a highlight. It felt like a fairytale!

We were welcomed by the owner Francois, who was very warm and friendly. He personally gave us a tour of his beautiful property and the grounds which were stunning. An ideal setting in a perfect location. He also pointed out places to visit and recommended some amazing finds. We would recommend a stay here if you are looking to stay in a property steeped in history.

The property is really unique, beautifully furnished with a combination of antique and contemporary design.  Cath and Annette were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. call Syle was a great spot to visit Dinan and also Dinard.

The property is beautiful, clean and the interior has been gorgeously remodeled and decorated. Our room was large with a modern bathroom, lots of natural light, a view of the garden - very relaxing property and quiet. The breakfast was good and fresh - coffee, breads, jams, butter, yogurt, and regional pastries. The owners are warm and welcoming, greeted us with a smile every morning, and gave us a detailed list of things to do and see in the area which helped us get the most out of our travel experience. The location is great for seeing all the major sites. The town is very small and quiet so we drove to larger towns for dinners since we could not rely on the two local restaurants to be open when we needed food.

Our host Sarah was very friendly and helpful, was able to give us lots of useful information about the local area. The cottage suited our needs and had a small private outdoor area we could use. It was what we expected from a cottage, kitchen well equipped.
