Though in an older stone building, the apartment itself is totally modern and is exceptionally clean and well kept. The location is fabulous with access to the Birnam Woods path and the Beatrix Potter Garden literally around the corner.

Spacious, modern, immaculate, comfortable beds, excellent kitchen, beautiful location, great communications. Our stay here was a highlight of our 3-week trip to Scotland. We loved the easy walks to beautiful, historic locations. There is a small grocery just outside the door and ample on-street parking. The property is spacious with a dining area, sofas, fireplace, and two bedrooms. The whole area was charming and safe. This property was a perfect base for exploring Perthshire.

Everything! Very cosy place, and very clean. We hadn't realised there was a PS3 with come games provided so that was a nice surprise! The location is great, it's only about 8 minutes walk from the station and it's only about 15 minutes to walk into the center of Dunkeld. There are lots of long walks you can go on straight from the place which is great. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very cute hotel, room was beautifully decorated and spacious for myself. Well equipped room as well for what you needed for a few nights stay. Very clean too. Property was easy walk to local attractions (Birnam and Dunkeld) and conveniently driveable to surrounding areas. The two staff/owners I met were really lovely.

Lovely hotel. Great reception and help with our bags up to our room. Pub and restaurant included. Beer out on the patio with the sun shining was relaxing. Terrific dinner with Scotch, and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Cozy and welcoming b&b, in a very good position super close to the station and to Dunkeld's shops and restaurants. Trevor (the owner) was very warm, kind and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and homey, breakfast was varied and very tasty. Lovely choice if you want to explore the river side paths. Hopefully we will go back again!
