Great hotel every thing was great food great..

Easy to book. It was very last minute, so I called to ensure it was actually available. I was told there was 24 hour reception, we arrived at 2:am. It was very quick and simple to check in. The bed was very comfey. There were additonal coffee and tea available in reception too. Great.

Beautiful hotel with a stylish interior and exterior. The terrace overlooking the canal is wonderful, the lobby is very pleasant, and both the breakfast and cocktails at the bar were excellent. Parking at the hotel was easy and hassle-free.

Graham! What a host, gentle and friendly. Wonderful house and so comfortable. Near a store and the trains(metro). Parking is no problem. For us by far the best B&B. Graham and Deborah once we will be back to visit Liverpool again. Jop and Rianne

Everything this house has everything to offer . From an outstanding kitchen . And frontroom . The bedrooms were perfect with tv in each room, and the ensuits and garden were perfect . Emaculate clean in each, too . Couldn't fault the service and instructions. Definitely will book again in Liverpool as it was the best place we have stayed for a family visit.

Beautiful spotless, cozy home from home feel, Maxine the host does an exceptional job, lovely and down to earth, she clearly works hard to keep it he hotel in tip top condition. Nothing was too much trouble, the bed was beyond amazing. Warm cozy. When I come to visit my family I will never book elsewhere. Amazing honestly was blown away.

The property was clean and cosy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great location and perfect for what we needed. Clean and nicely decorated. Comfy beds and great hot showers. Quiet neighbourhood. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Beautiful Victorian building although no features were left inside. Very warm and you can control the heating. Fifteen minute walk from the beach and shops. Very comfy bed and pillows. Only two flattish pillows per bed which was perfect for me but probably not for most people. Reasonable amount of equipment in the kitchen. TV easy to work and sofas quite comfy. Plenty of space for a family of 4 but a bit of a squeeze for all adults.

Great communication, understanding and helpful. Property was welcoming, milk in the fridge & even a virtual roaring fire was lit to welcome us!
