Charming, welcoming and homely.

Fantastic location. The hotel has the nicest staff and receptionists and they were very attentive. The hotel was outstanding in every way. The place was clean, inviting, and had great service. We had multiple meals and the food itself was pretty good and well-valued. The room was cozy and tastefully furnished. I had a great time during my visit. In the future, I plan to return for a longer stay.

I loved everything perfect placement for exploring the town, beautiful rooms with so many pillows and cosy fur blanket, breakfast included and when i accidentally double booked they gave me one back. Shout out north Berwick and the no.12 hotel and god bless Scotland

Very friendly and helpful. I’ve been right round the UK and their fish & chips is easy in my top three. Fabulous even the hard to impress wife loved it! Wingman ale is very nice too. Would 100% recommend if you’re in the area to stay a night.

Warm, clean an quiet place. Comfortable beds. Perfect central location if you want to play golf courses around North Berwick.

Great size, excellent location and big garden

Beautiful and spacious apartment, kitchen well equipped. Living room with comfortable sofas and scenic view from dinner table. Modern heating system. Conveniently located just at the edge of the historic centre, high-quality local grocery shops in walking distance. We also used it as a basis for trips from the Scottish Seabird Centre at the harbour, 8-10 minutes walk.

Amazing country home with so much history snd laid-back exceptional surroundings. The staff, especially Kate, really made our stay fun and bespoke. The restaurant and chef were so spot-on and it was overall a great escape from the hustle and bustle in a place that feels like home (but with a much better garden!)

Immaculate, cosy house with fresh decor. Excellent location being close to the beach and the train station. North Berwick is a lovely seaside town. Everyone we met was very friendly.

location was perfect so handy for the beach and the main street, lovely cottage is a charming part of Gullane, great outdoor furniture and lovely garden - very well equipped, nice new comfy furniture very comfy beds!, Good size bedrooms too
