Earlsham Street House, was comfortable, clean and a perfect location for exploring the town and area around. The hospitality tray was well stocked and it's always a treat to have fresh milk for our tea. We will certainly be back.

Excellent communication with the host who called us on arrival to make sure all was ok. Private parking on site. The apartment was perfect for visiting friends in Bungay, but also good location for exploring further afield. The host left milk and juice as a welcome and the fresh flowers were an added touch. Tea, coffee, cleaning products all available in the cupboards. Would highly recommend and we will certainly return.

Really confortable, every you needed and more, loved all the lighting options to relax.

I loved staying at the studio . The owner Ann could not have been more accommodating . Breakfast was a delight every day nothing was too much trouble. Ann was a delight to chat too and I enjoyed hearing about her life . The studio looks out over a beautiful garden and the views are amazing . The walk into Bungay itself is a nice one and easy to visit the small town .

Great Location and lovely views from the windows and balcony. Easy parking and a short walk into the centre of Bungay. We were left with milk, biscuits, coffee, tea and fruit. Good shower facility and all home comforts. We will come back and spend more time exploring this lovely part of the country.

Lovely quiet location not too far from the town of Bungay. Full of character, clean and comfortable with a nice garden. Loved watching the birds in the garden.

So secluded and comforting, we had everything we needed for our evening

location was just 10 minutes from our friends house and this was a perfect base for us. We did not get to enjoy the cosy atmosphere as we were out all day but I am sure it would have been very restful and peaceful We are a couple so it was not a solo visit - don't know how to change that
