The property was beautifully furnished. It was cosy, warm and comfortable. I booked it for the weekend of my wedding at nearby Southend Barns, and it was the perfect place for me, my Mum and bridesmaids to start getting ready in the morning. Simon was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. He even put a couple of bottles of bubbly in the fridge to help us to celebrate. There was also a very generous welcome basket of food too. The beds were enormous and the whole place was spotless. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely lodge situated in gated private grounds of the .ain house. Everythinf was thought about and even had a washing machine with washing powder and a drying stand, came in handy. Hosts were lovely As the weather haa been so hot they popped up a parasoul for me so that I could sit oitside but have some shade.
