Perfect place for leaving everyday life behind and relaxing. Fantastic location, and the cottage bigger than expected. The cleanliness was exceptional and the cottage itself was cozy and functional, no WiFi or any hi spec stuff, but everything there to have a wonderful stay in a more traditional style. If you're looking for somewhere to relax, breathe and leave all the stress of everyday life behind this is for you.

Hay Farm B&B is a wonderful, quiet place to stay. Rachel , the owner, makes you feel very much at home. Our room was very comfortable with all that we needed , and looked out over the Cheviot Hills. Rachel serves a delicious, filling breakfast with so many choices to cater for all tastes. The farm is perfectly situated for visits to the Northumberland coast and Scottish border area. Plenty of activities in the area. Very highly recommended.
