The staff were busy and fantastic. Professional though hard pressed. Everything they did was spot on and "client friendly". Their management clearly asks a lot or even too much of them but they seem well trained and positive and really were great. The room was clean, looked good, felt good. The building is iconic and the "Yorkshire greeting" approach works well. The Dugout sports area was good too.

There is plenty of parking with cameras outside. The staff are very welcoming in every area of the hotel. They care about your stay and that you are comfortable.

Room was very comfortable and great value. Breakfast was included in the price and very tasty. We had our evening meal in the adjoining pub, which was very tasty and excellent value.

Kitchen on hand to use for microwave meals or making a meal which was just perfect

I worked nights and was late getting up they was lovely and let me stay an extra 2 hours exceptional service
