Had a large, comfortable room with a nice view of the lawn. Jamie does a great job of keeping the place welcoming, clean and well cared for, including providing a great breakfast. Only minutes from the airport, too. Hope to have a chance to stay again.

The house was lovely - fab layout, plenty of space, gorgeous garden, kitchen and living area. We had a lovely dining room and table that all 8 of us could eat at, plenty of crockery, dishwasher and tablets all provided. 3 decent bathrooms meant we weren't all waiting in the morning. Plenty of parking and great location. We loved it. Host was great, good communication and easy check in/check out.

Bright, modern property located very close to Birmingham Airport, Birmingham International train station and the NEC. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable, very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.
