Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Shower was powerful and warm. 10-15 min drive from the NEC where we were seeing a show. We also had Sunday lunch and breakfast at the barn restaurant attached and the food and service was also superb.

Beautiful location, especially loved walking into Kenilworth right by the old castle ruins for a pub dinner in town. Owner is lovely and welcoming. Beautiful rooms, comfortable. Breakfast was extra but delicious and served in the farm house setting.

Room was well decorated with comfortable bed and modern en suite bathroom. Delicious breakfast in very attractive restaurant. We also had dinner the night before and the food and service was excellent. All staff we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly. Ample parking behind the building. Outdoor are is by a canal and very nicely arranged. Overall liked it very much and will definitely consider staying here again when traveling through the area.

Lovely canalside location - close to Solihull. Rooms beautifully decorated - spacious bathroom with excellent shower - large flat screen TV. Adequate parking alongside the hotel.

The room was fine with a nice walk in shower. The pub area was clean and tidy with nice food. The prices are a bit high for a pub, but it is clearly very popular. The building is located in the countryside next to a canal and would be nice for a summer evening (no rain) to sit out and enjoy. Parking is easy and free.

Good location, plenty of car parking available. Nice interior, both cosy and clean in both the bar and restaurant. Excellent friendly and helpful staff who were welcoming and polite.

Rooms are great, the pub is fantastic and food is lovely. Great location for Crufts. Breakfast was amazing (I had the continental and it was huge!). Free parking and staff very helpful.
