We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crook Hall Farm, the property is beautiful and clean and in a stunning location. I would highly recommend this property to people, the decor is lovely and cosy. There are gorgeous farm shops in the area as well as Cedar farm that you can walk to. Also be sure to visit the shop Hatties smalls next door!

This is the second time we have stayed at Mill Cottage and we will definitely return. The cottage is perfectly located - in the quaint village of Parbold with easy access to neighbouring towns and cities. The local coffee shop and pubs are great and the walk along the canal is stunning. The cottage itself is maintained to a very high standard. The hosts are very responsive and happy to answer ant questions. They have thought of all finer details making the stay feel very special. We have stayed here both during the warmer Summer months and during Winter and both times it has been perfect each time.

Very clean hotel with cosy wee bar attached (nice choice of beers) Staff were very helpful (in particular Jennifer). Comfortable fresh room, good bed, decent TV, coffee machine.... All boxes ticked.

After many years of driving from Portugal to UK, innumerable overnights, this has to be at the top. Not grand, but interestingly furnished, comfortable and the best English breakfast ever. Didn’t hire a car because it is so well situated by train and bus for several destinations. Lovely country walks and nearby restaurants.
