The property the location the host of a cell it is fantastic but big problem with booking.com the service is disgusting could not get into the property in the key code we needed we didn’t receive only reason we got into the property was because we kept beating at the door until the landlady came out I’m disgusted with booking.com I never use your service again and I told her not to either

Aferdita stood out and the crew at the desk, so pleasant helpful and go beyond what’s required. Warm environment away from home with professional too. Breakfast bar fresh fruits are a snazzy winner. I slept like a baby and room are warm nothing else more required . Great experience

The staff were brilliant and so accommodating. We felt so welcome and the facilities were also great. Lots of parking outside which was handy for Crufts. We were served by Jack in the restaurant both nights and he was so lovely and polite.

Had a large, comfortable room with a nice view of the lawn. Jamie does a great job of keeping the place welcoming, clean and well cared for, including providing a great breakfast. Only minutes from the airport, too. Hope to have a chance to stay again.

A lovely high spec private accommodation less than 10 minutes drive from the NEC & Birmingham airport. The host was really accommodating and very friendly and had good recommendations for restaurants etc. The room was very quiet, private parking, very comfortable bed and a nice welcome pack. TV had all channel options. WIFI was strong and underfloor heating was lovely! We had 2 nights and would highly recommend especially for anyone going to Birmingham or Coventry.
