everything from start to finish it was perfect! it was so clean!! we had everything we needed! the bed was comfortable, they even provided throws so you can sit outside and enjoy the scenery as well. there is heating included, there is hot water (which was the perfect temperature and pressure)! even the towels smelt so fresh! Can not fault it at all!!! we even got little chocolate bars, milk, tea and coffee and for a small cost was an ice cold Prosecco in the fridge.

I doubt very much whether you will find a cottage as different as this one and especially for the money. This is the cottage to choose if you have a dog who loves water. The cottage itself was comfortable and well equipped. Whilst it is near a main road the traffic noise did not disturb me. What differentiates this cottage from the rest is the woodland garden. The owners have built an outdoor area set in woodland right next to the river Alyn, which is a gentle stream at this point. The outdoor area is covered so you can enjoy the great outdoors in the rain, or in our case be protected from the sun. Sitting in this area with a glass of chilled wine watching the wildlife is a great way to relax. There is a BBQ with all the tools provided and even an outdoor fridge, to save going back to the cottage!! If BBQ is not your thing, then there is a good pub 5 mins walk away, this is truly the ideal place to explore North Wales. As if this was not enough the owners who live next door were brilliant, they brought ice round to us (much needed) nothing was too much trouble. What a wonderful and very different cottage, we will be back.

Brilliant location, parking right outside, lovely garden and shops right nearby. House is massive with ample room and WiFi is good.

The property was very clean, comfortable & spacious, my daughter had lots of room to play, there was lots of different utensils to use in the kitchen, when we first arrived they welcomed us in & had given us some milk & coffee/tea & a lovely fruit cake so we could have a lovely cup of tea & slice of cake before we unpacked. The property is next to the owners farm, my daughter loves animals & we were allowed to look at their sheep & cows which she loved
