When I first arrived at my room at The Bridge House Hotel Reigate, a couple of things weren't right so the Receptionist listened to my concerns and dealt with them quickly and efficiently. The rest of my stay was good. The room was bigger than a usual double room, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, there were enough drawers and hanging space for clothes, there was enough tea and coffee making facilities, the bathroom was clean, the towel radiator was hot all the time, there were more than enough towels for a double room, there was working aircon which was good because of the passing traffic to and from the motorway would have been noisy with the windows open. There was more than enough free parking. This hotel is under new management now. The previous owners let this place get old and tired looking. The new owners are updating and making the place have a clean and fresh look. Rome wasn't built in a day. It will take a while to do all the rooms but I think, it will turn out to be a lovely place to stay and convenient for commuters on the M25. I would definitely return. This is not a fake review. Ask for my email from the hotel staff. I was solo and stayed in a double room with a balcony on the second floor on 4 September 2021. I am the seasoned hotel visitor.

Clean house, very conveniently located near supermarket, train station and major roads. Parking is available on site near the entrance door. Very responsive host.

The flat is very close to the town. Everything was perfect from the cleanliness to the kindness of the owner. The flat was equipped with everything in the kitchen, bedroom and toilets. We also found some toys for our daughter, Rena is a wonderful and very kind owner. I highly recommend it.
