This property has everything you need to feel totally at home. We love to cook and the kitchen is fully equipped. The space is much larger than we expected, and to get to Edinburgh was a short walk to the train and an easy line costing 6 pounds for a round trip.

Linda is an amazing host. From the super friendly receipt, to the quick tour, to the freshly made cupcakes in the fridge, it was all perfect. To me Linda has the correct balance between between caring and offering support, without being intrusive, which can be a difficult balance. So my stay was super private but a helping hand next door whenever required. The information supplied on the website, including the reviews, meant that I knew what I booked, but still everything exceeded my expectations. This is the perfect home away from home.

I wasn't aware of any breakfast but was pleased to find everything you require to cook and some basic items such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper.

The estate the property is in looks tired and we were initially concerned but didn't need to be. The house is tucked away and it was a very quiet location with some good views over the valleys. The property had everything we required including decent wifi.

the breakfast pack wasn't missing a thing and the location was stunning. The best part of our stay was how friendly and heloful our host Liz was and how accommodating our cleaner charlotte was. They both went the extra mile for us. We'll be back!
