The hotel is located in very peaceful quiet area. The staff was very kind, smiling and helpful. Room is spacious, warm and have very comfortable bed. Bathroom is very big and comfortable. Swimming pool and saunas in hotel are really awesome. Swimming pool is warm enough we really enjoyed it. Breakfast was great. Lunch/ dinning options in hotel are really good.

We stayed for one night. The host met us personally and kindly offered to help with our luggage. It was great that we could park our car freely. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was comfortable even for four people. The WiFi was stable, which was very important for us. We left the car and walked to the city center in about 15–20 minutes.

We had a great New Year celebration here. We had everything we needed, the houses were clean, comfortable and well decorated. The owner was friendly, flexible, and helpful: he was always available by phone and offered his help with transportation to Borjomi stores, amenities and etc. We had beautiful mountain scenery, and there were a mountain river and a lovely waterfall.
