A perfect place to stay if you are in Borjomi region. Nice building, spacious common areas in the building, as well as in the restaurant and in the garden. All of the people working there are more than supportive and welcoming. The host speaks perfect English, so communication is easy. The breakfast was the best we got during our trip in Georgia. Everything that you can ask for (including an incredible Chacha for breakfast ;)) and all of it homemade. We also had dinner there every evening, because it was delicious and really comfortable. They also have a small library and a firesite. There was a corner with kids' toys and our son loved playing inside and outside. They even stopped us from putting back all the toys in the evening and said we should just relax and they will tidy up later - that is a real holiday for parents :D We will definitely recommend Rivendell to all of our friends and come back to Borjumi region at some time just because of this jewel of accommodation!

It is the best choice in the city. We get a lot of positive emotions after visit this place. Comfort, clean, good for families and solo visitors. Bus station in 1 minute. Also very tasty native water you will find near the apartment Nino and her family are very good guys and we felt a lot of love all time we stayed here, if you think about place where to stay then this one will be your best choice believe

Lovely place in a quiet street in Borjomi. The lady who runs it is really accommodating and pleasant and her daughter speaks English. Best price in Borjomi!

the house is super cozy and it’s in the middle of the greens mountains! it’s so beautiful! the breakfast was delicious and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The area is very quiet and the beds are comfy and warm.
