Hotels with Parking in Kavála

sea view and beach in front of the hotel

Sparkling clean rooms, amazing view over the calm sea. The staff is really helpful and kind. Good breakfast and we liked the food in the restaurant also, it was ok in price too. Free parking in front of the hotel, quiet in April. A perfect base to visit Kavala or Thassos.

The apartment has everything you may need. It's spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Only 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and to the restaurant. The village is calm and peaceful. Perfect for a family holiday. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Parking in front of the property. I would certainly recommend and be back in their place.

The location of the apartment is excellent - you just cross the street and you are at the beach! At the same time, it's quiet and you can get a good night's sleep. The apartment is spacious and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were provided with a crib for our 1-year-old which was very thoughtful. We especially enjoyed the two large terraces. The host was very polite and was always ready to help. The Inoi restaurant was very convenient for us because it had an outdoor playground where our daughter could play. The restaurant staff were nice, the food was delicious and the food was prepared and served quickly. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend booking this apartment for your vacation 😊

The location is perfect, close to big market and couple of places for dinner. The private beach is right in front of the hotel, calm atmosphere with free of charge sunbeds, you pay only for the drinks if you wish to order something. The hotel was clean, the staff very pleasant and helpfull and the room was nice and big enough for our family of 4. The outdoor pool was very clean and in the pool bar you can have a snack or drinks. All in all excellent place to stay.

They gave us an upgrade. Restaurants in walking distance. Parking close by.

the style and cosiness as well as the location

Our host was amazing. We had a truly special holiday and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended!

Second year,same 10/10....

Very nice apartment, with a terrace. Very clean and comfortable, both rooms had AC. The owner is very nice. It's best to park the car on the nearby main street because there is more space than in front of the apartment. The location is ideal, very close to a sandy beach with an excellent Taverna.

I believed the raving reviews, and I confirm that they are true. The villa is a classic family business, the guests are thus treated like they were relatives visiting. It is all so personal, without anything overdone. Kostas and Aurelia are the best hosts. Cookies and sweets next to the coffee machine, cold water and fruit waiting for us upon arrival, the cabinet is stocked with Grandma's porcelain - cups, glasses, plates of different sizes -, the fridge looks retro but it is new, the coffee machine is a winner, the air conditioner hums quietly, and in this stone building we didn't need it all the time either. The furniture is nostalgic, beautiful, in a hotel you would pay an arm and a leg to be surrounded by such a visual environment. Our room was the Stone Studio. It houses 2 persons, it opens sideways from the stairs leading up to the terrace. The terrace looks exactly like it's pictured and gives a wonderful view to the harbour, we often ate up there. The room itself lays lower, it faces the street to the side on ground level. It is dead quiet between 3am and 9am - we were the first sit-down guests for breakfast at the excellent coffee place called Chateau right across the street, at 9:30am! :) Beware that this is Greece were 8pm is being referred to as "in the afternoon", and they mean it. The superb bar next door is open until 2am, with music and people. You either go with the flow (my recommendation) or you pack ear plugs (also my recommendation) - if you want to sleep between 10-7, it's totally doable here, it is just not the natural vibe of the area. This is a location to enjoy Kavala's old town, literally steps from everything in all directions, and you won't regret choosing this place. Everything is clean, the textiles soft and crisp, the supplies are of good quality, the area is very safe and cheery, you are right in the midst of everything and yet in a secluded little bubble. That terrace is really the best.

We had a truly lovely stay in this apartment! It is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for 2-3 people (the sofa is very comfortable :) + child. The sea view is absolutely stunning and something you could enjoy for hours – it really makes the place special. Even in February the weather was warm and nice and we stayed for hours on the great balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made our stay very relaxing. There are also many friendly cats around, we loved it :) We were very happy with everything and would definitely love to come back again.

Property is centrally located in Kavala. Great access to everywhere. It was a bit pricey on the dates we stayed, but it was worth every penny. A “boutique Hotel” indeed. Very clean, modern rooms with all the amenities. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Everyone was helpful and anxious to serve us including finding a parking spot for us in the front of the hotel.

Excellent location, personal touch, very kind, considerate and knowledgable owner.

Location. And very nice furnishings

My parents and I loved everything! Yannis is an exceptional host - polite, responsive, attentive. The apartment is amazing - clean, beautifully furnished, and great attention to detail (we had everything we needed and much more). The place was located in top center, close to the majority of attractions and nice restaurants. There is also an elevator that gives easy access for elderly guests and disabled people. There is also a parking right in front of the apartment (10 euro for 24h). I highly recommend Genius Loci! PS: Yannis, thank you very much once again!

Amazing location in the center of Kavala with amazing views of the castle, the sea and the sunset! The balcony is really spacious with a huge umbrella and sunbeds and the place is extremely clean. The host is available all the time and answered to all our questions promptly! The value for money for this place is top notch!
