Apsolutno sve! Od vodenih tobogana, hrane, osoblja i udobnosti. 😍

We spent 9 nights at Axel Beach Crete in Hersonissos, and we had a truly wonderful stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, well maintained, and full of small details that make guests feel very welcome. We were lucky to have what were probably some of the best rooms — the ground-floor rooms on the right side when facing the reception. The terrace-style doors bring in plenty of natural light, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. It was even better when stepping outside, as we could enjoy the view of the sea. The rooms and the entire hotel were very peaceful and quiet despite the proximity of the highway. The staff was absolutely amazing and one of the biggest highlights of our stay. Everyone was always smiling, kind, and helpful. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with juice, lemon water, and cold towels. Since our flight caused us to miss dinner, we found a small snack and water waiting for us in the room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. During our stay, we could prepare coffee (capsules and instant coffee) or tea in the room, which was a great advantage, especially when we had an early morning trip to Santorini. After arranging it with reception, we also received a small food package for our journey because we missed breakfast. The room was filled with lovely details that created a very welcoming atmosphere, just as shown in the photos. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The pool area and bar look beautiful, although we did not personally use them. The location is also convenient. The old town of Hersonissos is very charming, beautiful, and easily reachable on foot. A car is highly recommended in Crete, especially if you want to explore the island and visit different beaches. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend Axel Beach Crete to others.
