I travelled with some friends of mine, primarily to do sports climbing around Brest. Villa Anne was the perfect location for us. Every climbing spot was only about 20 minutes away (we had a car). Due to the pretty isolated location, I would recommend you go by car there. Otherwise locomotion will probably be a little uncomfortable and will take time and effort. The house you will be renting is composed of two separated appartments, each providing one living room, one kitchen, two bathrooms / WCs, some bedrooms, as well as a balcony or terrace. We were 9 adults at a time, and there was enough room for us, sharing the bedrooms. The terrace and garden are very big and point to the south. When we arrived, the appartments were stocked with: more than enough towels (small, medium and big ones); a reasonable amount of toilet paper; a small amount of washing powder for the washing machine; a small amount of coffee. In total, the apartments provide you with three refrigerators (with freezers), which was very convenient for our big group. Anne is a lovely host. She lives nearby, is always available via mobile phone, very friendly and relaxed and will always be happy to help you with anything you need. She is interested in your stories if you like to share, but also extremely respectful if you prefer privacy. We communicated in English without any problems. She has a dog and a cat, both very trusting and always happy to be petted.

Very nice decorated house, everything you need is present. Spotlessly clean! The house is located in a small village in the mountains, so very quiet and not so hot because of the altitude. Good kitchen facilities to cook delicious meals. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom with toilet. The house is big enough to stay inside in case of a rainy day. Nice outdoor area with pool, covered terrace and good barbecue facilities. good for staying outside all day and evenings! Very friendly owners, that respond quickly in case of questions.

Beautiful apartment, in a small and peaceful village. Everything you need in the apartment, a short drive to all the nearby trails, also can walk from apartment. Lovely hosts, would definitely stay again.

Beautifully decorated house and environment that ensure complete privacy and peace. Neither pictures nor words can illustrate the true experience. Everything is very clean and carefully decorated. The beds are comfortable and the whole house is spacious. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.We would single out the terrace, illuminated by the morning sun, ideal for the first coffee and breakfast, as well as the swimming pool, where is sunlight throughout the day. The location is excellent, only 5 km from the highway that leads to all major towns in Istria. The sea is close (30 min) and the border crossing, too (30 min). WIthin a radius of 10 km, there are many small taverns with traditional cuisine, and we would single out Konoba Ema. As for excursions, we were delighted by the Zipline above Pazinska Jama - it was a real family adventure. The hospitable hosts welcomed us with a welcome gift and gave the right recommendations and were available when we needed them. We would like to come again in the spring and explore Central Istria by bikes. We recommend Villa Piano to everyone!

This house is a perfect place to retreat a little from the world, to not have to worry about anything for a moment. This house is just perfect: with charm, warmth, furnished with care and the right mix between old and new, practical equipment and modern appliances. It can be noted: nothing is missing! The four stars are not by chance: as in the hotel, everything is there. What is best here? It is impossible to highlight anything: Pool, heat cabin, whirlpool, barbecue area, the comfortable sunbeds in front of the house or by the pool, the wine cellar, the super kitchen, the comfortable beds, that every room can be air-conditioned. It is perfect. In addition, with Jasna there is a perfect, loving hostess. She is always approachable, gives great tips, whether excursion, dog beach, restaurant, or hiking. We felt completely comfortable and in good hands during this vacation.

In the middle of nature, but not isolated, at the edge of a small village. Two restaurants within 1 km, supermarket a bit further, you need to drive. The house is just for yourself, spacious, very clean and very well equipped with various utensils. It has a room with table tennis and darts, swimming pool in the garden and a trampoline, so you can enjoy some activities. The windows have mosquito nets, which we found important. A big bonus for us was a daily visit by a friendly neighbour dog :) The owners are very friendly, they waited for us with homemade cake and traditional Croatian drinks. A great place to relax close to the mountains or beach ( you need a car of course, but the distances are not big)
