We enjoyed the remote location of the house and the fact there was no one around us for few km. Especially because the dogs could play around the plot with no worry. Although there is no oven in the house we managed to learn to make great “peka” (good internet connection) which made the experience even more in tune with nature.

This was an experience more than just a stay. A farmhouse in a calm and silent area of Istria. Great apartment, and REALLY helpful owners. Branko showed us around and told us about the area around the place. Thank you so much for a great experience! I would recommend people that will go there to stay for more than a few days, and to bring their own car, there is a lot to see and experience in the area.

We stayed at this secluded vacation home and it exceeded our expectations! The tranquil surroundings provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The home itself was beautifully designed with much attention to details and all necessary modern amenities. With a large backyard and entertainment options for kids available, keeping them engaged and happy throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

We had a truly wonderful week at this property. It was nothing short of amazing and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making our stay truly unforgettable. Upon our arrival, they welcomed us with local fruits and drinks, a gesture that we greatly appreciated. The villa is a hidden gem. It boasts a beautiful terrace with a pool that overlooks a stunningly beautiful valley. We spent entire days swimming in the very comfortable and cool pool. In the evenings, swallows would come to drink from the pool, which was a delightful sight. The water in the pool was salty, just like the sea, which was a unique and enjoyable feature. The sun loungers were very comfortable, and the barbecue and separate gazebo for outdoor dining were fantastic additions. The house itself was super comfortable, equipped with the latest appliances and beautiful textiles. Everything we needed was provided, from all sorts of kitchenware to towels for the sun loungers. We will definitely return to this wonderful villa. It was a truly memorable experience and we can't recommend it highly enough.

Nice and spacious apartment with a large terrace with barbecue. The hosts are very kind and ready to help with the necessary information. The apartment is located in a private house in the quiet and beautiful small town of Roč and has a wonderful view of the surroundings. Private parking is available in front of the building itself. Tip: due to the ideal location of the apartment, do not miss to visit the pearls of the inner part of Istria, the cities of Buzet, Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj and Završje, and certainly the smallest city in the world, Hum, as well as numerous natural beauties that abound in this part of Croatia (Kotli - the bed of the Mirna River , waterfalls and the Istrian desert near Šterna). Of the many restaurants and taverns, I would recommend Ročka tavern in the small town of Roč.

They have all you need in the appartment, it's clean and well taken care of. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Place is quiet, view is great. Price seems low for what they offer. A exceptional 10/10.
