Excellent location in a quiet area, not far for the Umag city (which can be quite noisy and crowded during peak season). The rooms are completely renovated and very spacious and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Considering it's a Bed & Breakfast location, the breakfast was simple, yet complete! Not to mention that you can consider enjoying the breakfast or the coffee (espresso machine), outside in the small garden with olive trees. We had our towels changed (and the room, cleaned) twice during our stay. Ivan and his mother are very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed out stay!

The staff was very kind and helpfull. We felt like "at home". Breakfest perfect for adults and for kids too. Very tasty and fresh. The location is closed to the sea. Beach "Špina" is really super. The cycle-path along the accomodation. Parking place next to the appartment. You can sit outside the house to drink wine and have a nice evening.
