Roni was the best host we have had during our travels. He treated us like we were family friends rather than customers. He organised my trip to Ijen for a lower price than anyone else I spoke to. He also brought me to a clinic to get the medical certificate. He drove us to a restaurant for dinner and collected us after. He and his wife brought us tea to our room, gave us a nice breakfast each morning, and let us use his motorbike at no extra cost. He also organised an express serve for our laundry and brought us to the train station when we checked out. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality. The room was clean with a beautiful courtyard outside. We would highly recommend staying here.

the location is near with the ijen mount also near with the city, they have a guide that really helpful, also if you are first time for hike and have no idea, this place would be the good one, also Mr.Budi will arrange your transportation once you arrive at the harbour and to the mount ijen.

This is the most pure experience of the kawah Ijen that you can get. Ron is the most friendly guy who really cares about his guests: brings food, is the best guide for visiting the Ijen, makes the best breakfast and shows the most beautiful places around town. He even took us to an ATM on his scooter because the walk was too far. He even arranged everything for us for our trip to Bali the next day. We would definitely book again to meet him one more time!

• Agus and family are exceptionally very welcoming and friendly. • He brought me around; meeting the well-mannered Osing tribe villagers. • Osing Tribe eagerly preserving their ancestor's elaborate tradition and rituals. • He took me to various plantations (coffee, rubber etc) and even introduced me to a coffee plantation owner. • He invited me to a thankgiving ceremony whereby I managed i to chit chat with villagers around. • The village is clean and progressive.

The best place to stay ever in Ijen. The owner are very helpful, I feel like home when I stayed there. They also can provide nice tour to ijen, not expensive. The owner can speak English very well, you can ask about culture around there.
