We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were amazing, and we were very satisfied with the hospitality. The food was decent. One of the reasons we chose Holiday Inn was because of the facilities that cater to kids. We didn’t plan to go out, as we wanted to spend our entire time at the hotel. It is truly kid-friendly, and we will definitely come back.

We chose Four Points by Sheraton Bintan as a birthday retreat for my husband, and it turned out to be a truly memorable and restful getaway. We loved spending time at the pool, which was relaxing and well-maintained, and we also treated ourselves to the spa — a wonderful experience that added to the sense of indulgence and retreat. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long year. What really stood out was the warmth of the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay feel even more pleasant. Breakfast was sufficient with a decent spread, and it met our needs well.

Enjoyed the unique atmosphere of this ship converted to a hotel.. Staff was amazing, as was the food. Big breakfast buffet included with our room. Lovely infinity pool looking out over the ocean. Nice places to sit and relax.
