A fresh bright clean hotel Amazing pleasant staff, always smiling and helpful.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool so much.

Very nice hotel, staff were very helpful and the room was so big (free upgrade)

i like the comfort of the room.. the bed, the pillow so comfy... very clean room.... value for money... terbaik!!!

The room was big and comfortable. The staff was really kind. It was a good room for one night

For the price that I paid for a two week stay, this accommodation was good value for money! It was cheap but the staff here were friendly. There were good kitchen facilities available and a water dispenser in the shared kitchen. The bathroom could do with a very deep clean, but the toilet, sink and shower worked fine.

Nice friendly staff. Decent location and a good size room.

Clean, great air conditioning, fantastic facilities, use of pool, jacuzzi, sauna gym to name just a few. Excellent communication with the owner Tia!

The hotel is convenient and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great, serving delicious food with very reasonable prices. In addition, if you are tired, you can get massage service easily.

The room and bathroom were clean. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room is quite spacious. Parking is available. There is lift for people with wheelchair. Good for short stays.

New luxury hotel , gym , pool and food all fantastic

Good location for shopping and doing party

The location is really, really great - just a stone's throw to ciputra world mall and street vendors. Staff are very friendly. Drinking water was freely available.

Het bed was super comfortabel

An amazing hotel. Good staff and friendly and clean room.

Nice hotel close to the airport, with modern rooms. There are several restaurants nearby, but you need to cross a busy street to get to them. The breakfast buffet is very good.

So happy to stayed here. This is a new hotel and everything was very good. The room is clean, and also the staff was very friendly. Next time when I go to Surabaya, I will stay here again. Recommended!!

Friendly staff and fantastic views of Surabaya.

everything was perfect. expect one minor thing, the room has not a small fridge. Beside that the hotel surpassed my expectations.

It's a beautiful well designed super comfortable place. Loved it.

Very friendly stuff, close to shopping mall, so super easy to find restaurants.
