No lift. It is hard for elders to climb 5 stairs each time they have to come for dinner or to go out. That is the only drawback. Food and bar are very good.

The hotel is relatively new and very well maintained. The property is extremely clean and located in a quiet residential area, making it ideal for a peaceful stay. The staff were very courteous and kind enough to honour my early check-in request, which was much appreciated. Overall, I am very happy with my choice of this hotel, and my family loved the stay.
