Location of the homestay, just off the national highway was very convenient. The restaurant next door also made having meals easy. Although the owner wasn't present and neither was there a caretaker, the door code made the property accessible. The kitchen was stocked with breakfast essentials, which was very helpful. If one is travelling with pets, there is sufficient area for them to run around. Though Sharath the owner was travelling, he was in regular touch following up on our location and guiding us to reach the property.

Very clean accomodation, very well equipped ( incl Little kitchen) and with very nice and quiet outside terrace decorated with plants and flowers. Very friendly and helpful owner, who arranged evening temple visits and provided excellent recommendations for seafood ( Machali) and ice Cream. Many shops and little restaurants around the corner.

Mr. Rajaram was very friendly helpful and a wonderful person. He made sure his staff welcomed us late night and ensured we got a wonderful dinner, breakfast and lunch. Food was just awesome, reminds me of my ho.e good. Property was beautiful and marvelous. A good place to stay with family on vacation. Looks like a cottage in a mini forest right inside of the property which adds to its beauty. Property has all the amenities that made my stay comfortable and memorable.
