Excellent location and perfect patio view. Host was very accommodative and friendly. I came to the property around 3 am after a 20+ hour flight. They responded to my messages very quickly and made all arrangements to make check in very easy and seamless. Rooms are very well organized with nice interiors. Both the bedrooms had nice sit out and patios for perfect and relaxing morning coffee with superb views. Would love to come back to place for the next vacation to Kerala

Great location for where I needed to be near Kottayam. The hotel is relatively new and everything was modern and clean. I was able to enjoy a great dinner in their restaurant, great Wi-Fi, and wake up refreshed the next morning. The staff was very hospitable and helpful.

Everything... Literally everything..... From the moment I took the booking to the checkout and even after, the entire family was of exceptional behaviour. Especially Christo the owner, who went the extra mile to ensure our trip was as enjoyable as possible, including sourcing a lovely birthday cake. Exceptional character from Saji sir as well, informing us of the local tales and their bee farm. The location was extra clean with a waterfall view from the balcony, which we could swim as well. Peaceful and serene landscape. Hundred percent recommend. Once you go there, you'll know it yourself. Loved it.
