This is an absolutely wonderful place with a superb staff. They couldn't possibly have been more attentive. The place is quiet, surrounded by jungle. I had one of the cabins and it was perfect.

The pleasantness of the location where this property is situated, it exceeded my expectations. I completely enjoyed every minute I have stayed here....Food, ambience and facilities available were excellent. Well spent my 2 nights stay here.

Everything from location to staff was amazing

The staff truly provide one of the best experiences at the resort. They are consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional—always smiling and willing to go above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable. My overall high rating is largely due to their exceptional service. While I was not fully satisfied with the room size and furnishings, the staff’s attentiveness and hospitality significantly outweighed these concerns and made our stay both comfortable and memorable.

A beautiful resort with immaculately cared for grounds. Amazing view and privacy from the bottom cottage. Quiet except for the delightful bird song in morning and evening. Many birds to view up close. Lovely, misty sunrise from my balcony. Sunset overlooking mountains near reception. Peaceful and restful. Twenty five minute auto to Kalpetta. Stayed four nights. Good breakfast. Dinner was hit and miss. I loved the butter chicken masala. Responsive staff. Wow! I miss it already and I am a fussy guest! Everything perfect in room and bathroom. Spent my waking time on the balcony.

They have got an excellent bunch of staff at this property, they are ready to go an extra mile to make you happy, i had few additional requests and it was all considered in well manner. And the food (breakfast), omg it was delicious and worth of the money.

Ramshad is only blessings in disguise that the resort has got. He is very friendly and goes beyond means to make the guests comfortable. Even the food is very good. Otherwise room, cleanliness and maintenance is total ZERO
