This place is incredible. Friendly staff, beautiful, clean, spacious rooms, and located in one of the most gorgeous areas. One of our best breakfasts on our trip was at Skalakot. We wish we could have spent more than 1 night, and we were so glad we signed up for one of their horseback riding tours in advance. We would highly recommend it - it was our first time riding a horse in years, and was one of the most memorable experiences throughout the trip. If we ever get to come back to Iceland, we would absolutely return for another stay.

Everything!! The location is great, situated in the middle of a quiet and lovely field with amazing views of the snow-covered mountain. Additionally, it's just a couple of minutes away from a beautiful black sand beach. The house itself has a charming decoration that creates a cozy and warm environment from the moment you step in. One of the highlights of the house is the jacuzzi, which enhances the overall experience and adds an extra touch of luxury. The host has taken special care in attending to every little detail to ensure a fully enjoyable stay. Nagyon hangulatos szálláshely. Anna süteménnyel várt minket. Az udvaron a melegvizes kis medence is szuper, jó onnan nezni a csillagokat. A konyha jól felszerelt. A kilátás is gyönyörű, főleg reggel, amikor felkel a nap. Szívesen maradtunk volna még, és biztosan visszatérünk.
