We’ve never encountered such personal and dedicated welcoming and hospitality. The house was charming but the garden is even more so. We got such great help and support from the host, who was always willing to help and worked wonders to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast in the garden was delicious and so pretty. The room was great.

The room and bathroom are spacious, clean and tidy. The nature around the building was beautiful and the area was very peaceful.

I had a great stay here. The place provides many thoughtful complimentary amenities that made the experience very comfortable. They offer large bottles of water, good-quality slippers, plenty of power sockets for charging devices, and even an EV charging station. The room was also well designed with convenient light switches and two small bedside lamps, which made it easy to adjust the lighting at night. There were washing machines and dryers available outside the room, which was very useful for longer stays. Overall, I appreciated the attention to detail and the practical facilities provided. These small touches made the stay more convenient and enjoyable.

We were really happy the owner didn´t have a problem with the late checking. Elena was really welcoming and left us lovely present as a bottle of wine which was really welcoming. The room was really clean and fullfield our reaquests.The other thing is the place is close to the A1 which was handy for us as it was on the half way to South.

Superb ending to our Italy trip

The location and the apartment were very nice. I also enjoyed the view from balcony, perfect to relax and have a coffee.

The apartment was spotless and well equipped. It is quiet and overlooks a field and has secure parking. It is in easy walking distance of pizzerias, gelateria and restaurants and a short drive to 3 supermarkets, more restaurants and a wonderful dolciaria. Altedo is perfectly placed to explore the Emilia-Romagna region. It is half way between Bologna and Ferrara, each a half hour or less drive away. It is in easy driving distance of Modena, Cremona, Mantua, Verona, Padua, Ravenna and the charming coastal canal towns of Chioggio and Comacchio. From Ravenna it is a short drive to San Marino, an independent hill state in the heart of Italy. We would like to thank Fabio for being such a helpful, kind and generous host, he even found a nurse to dress a deep cut on my wife’s hand.

Good location not far from the highway. I think it’s a good option to stay if you want to visit Bologna too, without the crowds and parking issues. We used it as a stay for our trip towards south Italy. Great that parking space is private and gate closed. Spacious room with all you can need, inclusive coffee machine, fridge etc. Full sun proof blinds are a hug plus if you like to sleep in the full dark. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Dog could stay without extra charge. Friendly host communication via WhatsApp. Great experience- we recommend and would use it again if needed in the future.

I love everything but especially the breakfasts! The size of the room was incredible as well. The administrator (all-in-one man) is an amazing person, very welcoming and helpful!
