Caterina was amazing. As Ancona has one way streets, I needed help to navigate the streets front the carpark to the Piazza and she joined me in the car to assist. So helpful. Provided great options for meals as well.

12 Living in Ancona is a lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment close to old town and the Grotte del Passetto. The apartment has it own parking space, which is much appreciated in car-filled Ancona. The apartment is clean and fully equipped. We would gladly stay here again.

Very well organized check-in process and a lovely host who was very helpful and polite, and responded to our phone call when we were lost. Big and comfortable room for two people, very clean and spotless, modern bathroom, walls were decently sound proof, and lots of extra pillows, comforters, snacks. Location is a short walk to the historic centre. Pretty good options for street parking in the surrounding streets. Breakfast is self serve (coffee was delicious, breakfast snacks were only okay but it's not a dealbreaker). It's located on the ground floor which is a helpful tip for elders / seniors.
