We arrived well before check-in but still received a lovely friendly welcome from everyone we met. Sabina was incredibly helpful and allowed us to store our bags. The walk to the old city is quite steep, but very easy to follow (taking around 10 minutes). The room was large (with a bonus balcony area) and immaculately clean. We were given a wide choice of breakfast items and the quality was superb. Finally, when our bus didn't arrive due to a national festival, Michele arranged a taxi to complete our journey. Garage parking is available on request. Beautiful, exceedingly clean and up to date hotel, w quiet and respectful clients. I stayed 4 nights in April ‘24 as a solo, 74 year old woman. All the staff were exceptional and breakfast buffet was great. Exceedingly safe area with everyone out walking all the time. I would definitely return here. Grazie a tutti al Charlie!
